This job role is available from 4 - 40 hours per week, can fit around your personal commitments and can offer a variety of contracts including full and part time, evenings and weekends. 

Hourly rate is minimum wage dependent on age, but not lower than £8.36 per hour (even if you are 18 - 20). £8.91 per hour if aged 23 or above.

*** You will also qualify for a new Enhanced Overtime Scheme.... An additional £5 per hour for every hour worked above your standard contracted hours, when working a 40 hour contract, for an agreed time period ***

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our enthusiastic and talented team within Low Wood Bay Resort and Spa. 

The Langdale Bar is the bustling hub of the resort, serving beers and ales, fine wines and ever popular cocktails. This role is fast paced, fun and gives you the opportunity to be part of a great team.

Requirements for Bar Team Member

  • Friendly, courteous and helpful, with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, and able to work shifts
  • A passion for hospitality
  • Previous bar experience in a 4 star establishment advantageous, but training will be given
  • Motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
  • Knowledge of quality wines, spirits and cocktails
  • Excellent personal appearance and hygiene standards
  • A great team player
