Responsibilities of a Wedding Co-Ordinator

  • The role deals with wedding enquiries in addition to events and converting enquiries into bookings, producing professional, tailor-made itineraries and quotations for all events.
  • Showing prospective clients around the Inn and discuss their individual requirements. 
  • Coordinate the couple’s happy day from start to finish, ensuring the operational departments have all the relevant information to deliver a high standard of product and services, undertake follow up/courtesy calls.

Requirements of a Wedding Co-Ordinator

  • Previous experience working in a Wedding and Events role is desirable
  • Experience in the ability to be able to organise events and weddings whilst dealing with other guest requirements and working alongside all other teams at the Inn
  • Great people skills and knowledge of the local area
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work on your own or as part of a team and be capable of managing a variety of tasks  
  • Attention to the smallest detail
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • A passion for hospitality
