Sitting on the shores of Windermere nestled in the English Lake District, Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa is currently undergoing a £16 million investment and will re-open in phases from April 2017 with completion at the end of September 2017.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who has a love for all things sweet and could rival Mary Berry. If you are fun, friendly and inspiring join our team. If this sounds great, then we want to hear from you.  This is a full time positions (45 hours) working 5 days over 7 including weekend and Bank Holidays. 

Attributes/Experience;

As a Pastry Chef you will be managing the pastry section and will be in charge of producing all the Pastry requirements both sweet and savoury for this very busy world class resort. We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record of producing consistent and creative cuisine with innovation and flair being key. 

You will have worked in a four star hotel environment or multi-site resort that caters for breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas, dinners and banqueting up to 250 covers. You must have excellent communication skills and able to work on your own or as part of a team and have a can do attitude.
